Order processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared for fulfillment after payment is confirmed. Processing time can vary by product, destination, supplier availability and verification requirements. You will receive a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.
Shipping destinations and charges
Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. If a destination or delivery option is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently ship that order.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate, not a guarantee. International delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods or other events outside our control.
Multiple parcels
Items in the same order may be fulfilled from different facilities and can arrive in separate parcels. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split into multiple parcels.
Tracking
Tracking can take several business days to begin updating after dispatch. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, email acc003@kivorus.com with your order number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout clearly states they are included. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started, and customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If an order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact acc003@kivorus.com with the order number and relevant details or photos. We will review the shipment with the supplier or carrier and provide the available resolution.
